求助：主马达不转

新年捡了部SONY TC-580，遗憾的是主马达不转，经检测怀疑是转速控制电路故障。如如图加一个电阻，主马达会转，改变阻值便可改变马达转速，但转速很不稳。
控制转速的IC, SONY CX-032各脚电压值如图

是IC坏了还是其它问题？如坏了，求着IC一块。谢谢！

Luckily I can read German and donor machines could also be a Sony TC 440 and Sony TC 580 which have the same chip.
( |9 p( F- T+ H$ H8 E' T7 s3 ^1 tA rare Sony turntable TTS 400 has the same chip used as well.

8 L* `- ]% z* q. }I got some of my Dutch R2R friends to have a look at it as well and with a bit of luck they can design a circuit with disrete components.
