求助：主马达不转

$ ]1 ^/ x) ?! i3 T$ _  n: z新年捡了部SONY TC-580，遗憾的是主马达不转，经检测怀疑是转速控制电路故障。如如图加一个电阻，主马达会转，改变阻值便可改变马达转速，但转速很不稳。
& k- a5 b; T2 e! p% Z* f& C控制转速的IC, SONY CX-032各脚电压值如图

: ^3 |" k8 K; a0 A7 v是IC坏了还是其它问题？如坏了，求着IC一块。谢谢！

Luckily I can read German and donor machines could also be a Sony TC 440 and Sony TC 580 which have the same chip.
A rare Sony turntable TTS 400 has the same chip used as well.

I got some of my Dutch R2R friends to have a look at it as well and with a bit of luck they can design a circuit with disrete components.
This will help all Sony R2R users in the near future as well as our machines age over time.
