I was told something interesting about these today by my 'Revox source'. These control boxes for the SP10 and the TT EQ 1010 pre-amp that was shown somewhee around here too, were made locally by one of the former employees of Studer ReVox S.A. (whose name I will not mention just in case) using.... stolen circuitry copied from another brand, and bearing the 'Studer ReVox' logo without the knowledge of Studer Switzerland!" It is indeed - from your post earlier in this thread. The photo of the "Studer ReVox" RIAA pre-amp is somewhere - but I cannot find it; I was under the impression it was also yours? If I remember correctly you gutted it and sold it in parts.

I would like to get those 'fake' ReVox amps and SP10 controls for my collection if I ever see them available; it's rather collectible I think, genuine pirate booty!{:soso_e132:} |
